Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (MSOT)
The Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (MSOT) is an entry-level graduate degree program that prepares students for a professional career in OT. This MSOT program takes three years to complete and is open to students have earned an undergraduate degree in any field.
The Occupational Therapy program at Husson University prepares graduate students for this high-growth profession and to incorporate creativity, flexibility and problem solving to assist clients with developing solutions for the challenges they face.
The standard MSOT is for students with a bachelor’s degree while the advanced MSOT is for students with a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy. Both programs use hands-on active learning as well as interprofessional interaction and simulation to guide development of clinical skills. We also emphasize critical thinking and evidence-based practice to prepare our students to be highly skilled practitioners now and in the future.
